To updating your  MetaStock Data follow those steps below :

1. Unzip the downloaded file
2. Run MetaStock DownLoader
3. Click on Tools
4. Click on Convert..
5.  On the Source Option : choose ASCII Text for the File Type, type the unzipped file directory on the Folder, type  “unzipped file name” on the File Name.
6. On the Destination Option; choose MetaStock for the File Type, type your 'MetaStock Data Directory" on  the Folder.
7.  Click on OK
8. End
